Anne-Marie McNabb (Owner)
I am an Irish native who moved from N. Ireland to California in 1989 with my husband Brendan. I owned a "beauty salon" in Ireland during the 80's; while pursuing body building and teaching Aerobics classes. After moving to the U.S. I had my son Caolan, and worked part time. All the while still staying fit through various forms of excercise. In my 40's I noticed my body & well being changed as my hormones dropped. It was then that I found Pilates and fell in love with it. I also embarked on a year long certification course with master teacher, Kathy Corey. After completing this I did various workshops with Kathy Murakami, and Rael from Basi. I also have educated myself on bio-identical hormones paired with good nutrition. I found that the two combined have given me back my body, energy, and life!
In 2007 I opened Pilates Passion & created an environment for people to feel at peace & escape the world, while connecting to their bodies, through the art of Pilates. I have wonderful, diverse trainers who love pilates, and have a great wealth of knowledge. Between us we help provide the ability for people to come from a place of weakness and often times injury & disconnect with their bodies, to a feeling of strength, well being and control.
We are all on this planet to help and care for each other. We teach with compassion, and a sense of humor. We envite you to let Pilates Passion to be a part of that in your life.
We look forward to working with you!

JayDee
has been positively changing lives as fitness professional for 17
years. “I was first introduced to Pilates as a full-time instructor at
world renowned fitness spa Rancho La Puerta and didn’t get it. Today,
Pilates is my fitness passion and it enhances every activity in my
life. After years of overusing my body teaching fitness, Pilates
restored my body’s balance, took me out of chronic pain and saved me
from hip replacement surgery! And I love the results it has given my
clients”
